In this series, I share insights gleaned over 30 years of helping many of the world’s top firms with some of their most pressing issues. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work as a freelancer on behalf of many different consulting firms, each with their particular cultures, approaches, tools and techniques.
The secrets that I reveal are not proprietary to any firm, nor do they breach my clients’ trust. These secrets do not rely on a set of data, templates or spreadsheets. Far more subtly than standard practices, they bring success when common solutions fail.
Each book in this series is short, sharp and immediately applicable. The series is designed for courageous managers, looking for help in implementing projects that others would more conveniently leave to their successors. Readers will learn how to make the necessary and desirable possible despite inertia.
In the following pages, I will introduce the existing titles in the series as well as some of the upcoming ones.
